Store was extremely hot. It was cooler outside (86) with a slight breeze than inside. The poor staff. The girl who took our order was really nice. Portion sizes were good. Floors were very dirty.

The staff at Baskin-Robbins were very attentive in making my daughter's milkshakes following her tonsillectomy. I asked that they use their machine a little longer than normal so that they were extra liquidy and both shakes were made perfectly!

I stopped by this Baskin Robbins on South 14th here in Abilene the other day, and got two dips in a cup, and got one dip of vanilla for my Corgi, and it was great, the dips were large, and the service was great.Enjoyed it very much, and I give you 5 stars for everything.
