I was so impressed with the customer service...I have never seen such amazing hardworking people...everyone was very kind ...you could tell they cared about their work...very impressed...best customer service in abiliene.
The food was just like every chick-fil-a, but the service line was lacking. We got our order from the window and when my wife asked about the pickle pack at the window, they had forgot it and were laughing around and inside the window. I've had more professionalism from other locations.

Terrible location. It disrupts the flow of traffic from the main road. Parking is confusing and difficult to access. This location doesn’t allow you to order on their app to take-out; you only have the option for drive-thru and car delivery. Car delivery is pointless because the parking spots are just inaccessible.
