by far the worse customer service and attentiveness to customers I've ever experienced in a ChikFilA. I wondered how in the world a ChikFilA could go out of business when I first came into this mall, but now it is clearly apparent.

The employees working the evening shift on March 6th went above and beyond to help make my daughters party amazing! The customer service was beyond anything I had ever seen at a fast food chain. The manager Christian took my order ahead of time and had it ready for the party. Ebony had a constant smile and made sure we had everything we needed, she even gathered the crew up to sing Happy Birthday! What a night. They never rushed us and were the friendliest people around. Highly recommend.

We were walking the Mall of Abilene for exercise and were hungry as we completed our walk. We ended near Chick-fil-A as it was opening. While they do not serve their breakfast menu at the mall, they were ready to serve their daily menu items. The service was top notch! We enjoyed a grill chicken sandwich and grilled chicken nuggets with waffle fries. Everything was prepared fresh, served promptly at our table, and it was pipping hot. What a wonderful way to end our exercise.

Never have I been more disgusted by the blatant racism or sexism or both that was displayed toward me last night. What makes it even worse is the fact that it was done in an establishment that is supposed to be based on Christian values. I will say I was so upset that I almost broke down in the restaurant.
