Went through the drive-through on my first visit to the new location. I thought I pulled into a car lot, the parking lot is huge and open. I had to drive longer than I thought was needed to get to the two lane drive-through, but that's because it stretches along the side of the parking lot, around the short side of the building and along the other side to an easy exit. The view to the right is (at the moment) is a big open field--it's nice not seeing the concrete of SW Drive. The canopy of lights was nice even during the day, and we got another door instead of window to distribute food.

I was wildly impressed by what they did to the place and it is a MASSIVE breath of fresh air when you think about how frustrating the old location experience was

Don't use online order drive thru is faster I should not have to wait 20 min for my order to be completed while I'm in the store to pickup not a large order 4 meals by the time I got my drinks 20 min in the store my food was cold don't order online

It’s seems like every time me and my wife go to this Chick-fila it gets worse and worse. Each time the person serving us seems to be some high school age kid who doesn’t care about manners or professionalism. It’s sad when I have to repeat my name three times just for it to be still wrong when I pull up to the pick up window. I miss the days when Chick-fila used to be a place where you would go and the staff would be on there A game and would be so nice and courteous and would go out of there way to make sure you had a great experience. Now it’s just a bunch of punk kids who don’t care and about half of them are always in a bad mood and can’t even say hello they just ask what do you want. I hope management can get this sorted out and actually employ people who care.

The new location is much easier to get to than the previous one up the street, but in spite of it being a very long 2 lane drive through, it's still packed during peak hours taking as long as 20-25 minute at times to get through the drive through.

Chick-Fil-A-- if you're reading this, consider a third location near Buffalo Gap Road and Antilley Road.

I don’t know if she’s the supervisor or manager, but she hands out food in the drive-through line and is very unpleasant and rude to customer. She barks orders and commands at customers and twice now I have received unprovoked lectures by her.

She does not uphold good front facing customer service, let alone what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Furthermore, the quality of the food at this location seems to have gone down compared to the prior location which was already pretty poor for a Chick-fil-A in my experience. Specifically the quality can be very inconsistent at times.

The people that take your orders are generally very nice as that is a plus.

Don’t go here if you are trying to get quick service. The inconsistencies and efficiency will get you long wait times and missing food from you order. The staff need to be trained more.

No toilet paper in restroom , floors are so greasy I had to walk really slow . Hazard for elderly . I ordered a chic file sand. Meal OG. Got spicy chicken ,I didn't like it,it was to busy to return . Surprisingly not that clean for a new building . 😒
