I had the Scallion Pancake and Mongolian Beef with fried rice. Everything was freshly cooked and tasted great!
I’ll try to keep this short and simple, but me and my family moved over to Merkel from Central Florida back in March. Me and my husband used to eat ramen all the time from this specific shop we liked, and once we moved here we were worried we wouldn’t find another shop that was on par with what we liked. I love this place so much. The music, the food, the vibe, the fun cultural atmosphere. Everything here was phenomenal and i can’t wait to eat here again.

Based on the reviews, Sup Noodle Bar is a favorite spot where the staff recognize regular customers. The food, from the sushi to the ramen, is always amazing and the service is great. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the pad Thai is amazing and the best in town. The whole family loves the sushi, dumplings, noodles, steam buns, and beef+broccoli. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fresh and tasty. The pork tonkotsu Ramen and soup dumpling offer a balance of flavors packing umami, sweet, sour, and salty. The Hell Ramen is a Top 5 Ramen. The service and atmosphere are okay, a solid place.
