“The Bao was an acceptable starter, they were a bit dry on the inside, not quite a soup bun.
The ramen itself is what we came here for.
A+ for toppings. Plenty of bean sprouts and fish cakes, they even had the little spiral. Carrots and corn, sadly no bamboo.
A+ for broth. Both the tonkutsu and black garlic tonkutsu boths were rich and full of flavor.
A+ on the pork, juicy, well seasoned, as you would expect.
The surprising thing, the noodles appeared to be made in store. Very long and krinkled and had a tell tale taste of freshly made. Most places use packaged noodles, so this was a great surprise.“

“An amazing experience, the food was Devine and the staff was really amazing. You really get a lot of food, like 1 meal is actually 2 meals lol, it's perfect for sharing portions amongst a group. The flavor is really good authentic Chinese food. Deff, give them a try. Nice atmosphere,
and you can also enjoy the koi pond outside.“

“I stopped by this place with my Boy Scout, after a long drive, headed home from Philmont Scout Ranch. These young men were hungry! Everything we tried was delicious. The buffet was expansive, clean, and the food looked and smelled amazing. At the tables, we all discussed how much we loved what we were eating. The owners of this restaurant have clearly invested in training the staff as well. Our glasses were never allowed to go more than half full, the tables were cleared plates, napkins, etc., constantly. I will make it a point to dine here if I find myself near Abilene. Great place, great people, great food…“
