“I’ll try to keep this short and simple, but me and my family moved over to Merkel from Central Florida back in March. Me and my husband used to eat ramen all the time from this specific shop we liked, and once we moved here we were worried we wouldn’t find another shop that was on par with what we liked. Now we’ve had several family members tell us Sup Noodle bar wasn’t good or worth it, but I’m not the type to follow others reviews i like conducting my OWN review. Anyways I’m writing this while my siblings finish eating, but my HEAVENS was this beyond amazing. Could be my postpartum hormones but i swear i almost cried while eating. We had pork buns, beef roll cake, Black Garlic ramen and the Hell Ramen. Please give this place a try, the parking lot always looks so empty and i wonder why when the workers are always on top of refills, making sure you’re enjoying your meal and have wonderful hospitality!“

I didn't have to ask for drinks they were just refilled.
I was surprised to find the owner in the kitchen helping cooks and making sure the orders were made right before we received it. Loved that“

“I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years. I’ve tried three different china buffet places, but this one has the freshest and best-tasting crawfish. The seasoning is just right, and the food is always flavorful and delicious.

The staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. This is always my first choice when I want to enjoy a buffet, and it’s also the place I recommend and bring my friends to.“
