Went on Thursday April 11 around 6:30 and didn't leave until close to 8:30. It was hardly busy at all and we had to wait 10 minutes just for napkins and silverware. The wait staff acted like we weren't there until after we got out food after being there for over an hour. The food was good, just not customized to my preference.
I've come to this one Chili's dozens of times over. On busy days, on not busy days. And somehow. Every time. without fail. They mess up our order.We order simple things. Usually plain burgers, with no cheese. Because my family is very lactose intolerant.Every. Single. Time. Without fail. They put cheese on our burgers.I should also mention the burgers are always soaking wet??? To the point where the bun drops water when I go to pick it up. Not pleasant in the slightest. What kinda CAVEMEN put all the sauce and veggies UNDER the patty???I'm tired of overpaying for incorrect food. An overall abhorrent experience.

Dietary restrictions: The employees here are awesome. They usually accommodate any dietary changes we ask for as long as it's within their ability.Parking: There is plenty of parking here because this location sits next to the Abilene Mall so there is plenty of overflow parking.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is definitely kid friendly. They offer coloring/activity sheets with crayons to keep kids busy. They also have highchairs.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has handicapped parking and a wheelchair ramp to enter. The restaurant is spacious and could be easily maneuvered with a wheelchair. I love that there are tables to pull your wheelchair up to and you're out of the way so you can enjoy your meal with friends and family and not feel like you're blocking an aisle. The restrooms are large and handicapped accessible.
The service and food was fantastic, but the music was way too loud. Couldn't even talk over it.

Me my mom and my medical service dog went and they sat us somewhere quit and we got are food nice and hot we even got free dessert from are server.. are server knew that my medical alert dog had to be focusing on me so she found us a small booth to sit in and my dog layed under the tables....
