Beyond Excellent Customer Service
We had the worst experience ever tonite. Ordered online, our usual, but when we picked up what a surprise. We ordered the 2 grilled pork chops only to receive 1. The online menu still reflects 2. I spoke with a supposed manager name of Amber who rudely told me that item was changed to 1, 3 or 4 months ago. No apologies whatsoever, as if I were just a pain.
