Worst customer service that we ever had in Abilene! They have people wanting to spend money on DQ The cashier’s name is Martin we went on 03/21/24 at around 7pm he had an attitude and it seemed pretty mad. I was being nice and said please and thank you, and he rolled his eyes at different customers several times. While he was making icecream he left people waiting without even saying “I’ll be right with y’all “ !

Could have better customer service staff looks like they hate their job.
Me and my friend went to this Dairy Queen later at night. And ordered a simple chicken strips and blizzard. After pulling up to the window we received the wrong ice cream. So we asked him if the cup was a medium and he said yes. Even though it was a small. Then he handed us our ice cream in a waffle cone when we asked for a cup. Then he gave us major attitude and didn’t say a word and rolled his eyes and slammed the window in our face. Then he handed us a cup without a spoon so we asked him for one then he handed us the spoon GRIPING the spoon side of it with no gloves. (Which is disgusting) then didn’t say anything and was continuing to be rude. And at the end of the trip handed us our food with no bag and still didn’t say one word to us before slamming the window in our face again. This man was older , balding and a red head. So watch out for him. Be kind to your customers.
Always an excellent experience,, and always an exceptionally clean and inviting place to dine.. no loud music, .. you can hear yourself talk to your friends. Thanks, DQ, wish all those DQ's would follow your example..

Customer service didn't offer senior citizen discount, asked for more gravy and replied the cost as if I couldn't afford it. The place felt greasy, atmosphere is a little tension, not really welcomed.

Couldn't leave stars blank for terrible food. I ordered meal thru Favor. I ordered the 6 pc chicken strip basket & a peanut buster parfeit. No where on the menu does it say spicy chicken, which is what I got. I could only eat 2 of them. Also on the parfeit, they are really stingy on the peanuts.
