We stopped for a quick blizzard to break up a long drive. The bathrooms were completely filthy. No toilet paper, all trashes overflowing onto the floor, toilets wouldn't flush, floor was sticky and slimy at the same time. Cleaning check chart was checked for the day, including hours in the future! The floors and tables in the dining area were all just as gross.

Store was a mess. Bathrooms were out of stock of paper towels and toilet paper. Very slow during our visit and slow service
Today was a great experience at DQ! If all locations were run like this one, DQ would still be open in every West Texas town. Freshest crispy chicken salad I’ve ever ordered here, with GREEN lettuce evenly shredded. Husband enjoyed a solid and well assembled burger. Plus Zoe at the counter took such good care of our order; it’s clear there are some people behind that counter who still take pride in their work. It was nice today!
