The kid at the drive-through was a tad overwhelmed and rude, but he got the job done. They gave me all the wrong donuts, but that's what I get for using the drive. They were still good.

I gave it a 3 because in the past I would have given it a 5 until today. I got my usual coffee and was heading home. When I tasted it it tasted like choc milk no coffee. I called and was asked to hold they never came back. I called two other times no answer. Finally I got through and told her I pick up a mobile order about 1/2 hour ago and I think they forgot the coffee ( this was about 2:30 ) she said so what do you want. ( customer service is non existent these days ) I told...

Dunkin is always good. Service is always great. The only reason for one less star is because sometimes we get uncooked dough when ordering breakfast croissants. If there was anything ever in error, they make sure to make things right. Overall will always come to this Dunkin.
