Try the Pupusas—they are fluffy, gooey, and yummy with flavorful pork. The mojarra frita (fried tilapia) is delicious, with a saltwater taste like fresh ocean catch. The barbacoa platter is super delicious, flavorful, and juicy, and the plantains bring tears of joy.
