Hashi is incredible! We moved away from Abilene a couple years ago but still crave this food from Hashi! We ate this so much when lived in Abilene. I just checked online to make sure it was still around. My wife and I have talked about driving down there to just eat from this restaurant! It was always quick to get, easy and so delicious. If you live in Abilene this is the place to go to!

Salmon, white rice, and miso soup were all good. Noodles were gross and tasted like they had parmesian cheese on them or something.
Friendly service but you might wait a little.

My family and I love hashi but I feel AWFUL for the workers. It’s gotta be at LEAST 85+° degrees in here. It’s unbearable to even wait for takeout in the summertime - must be miserable to work 6+ hours. Hope the owner sees this and does better for them - these tiny fans they have don’t seem to help at all.
