IHOP is a welcoming restaurant with a great staff. Dawn, one of the waitresses, provided excellent service, making guests feel impressed and valued. The restaurant's staff is friendly and kind, with some waitresses going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, some staff members were rude and unfriendly, causing frustration for a large group of guests.
