I really enjoyed my sandwich and salad. It was a nice clean restaurant.

My new favorite sandwich place in Abilene. Not only was the food very good but the service was outstanding. Our host was excellent in making sure we had what we needeed.. I use a walker and the host went above and beyond in helping me. He not only held the doors open when we left but walked us to the car but took care of putting my walker away. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend the Catclaw location.

This is one of the only restaurants in town I will still go to! I took my daughter there last weekend. When we went to use the restroom an employee had accidentally thrown our drinks away thinking customers had left them on the table. I was able to immediately get help at the counter to get new drinks, get our order and the food was just as great as always. The employee who made the mistake realized and apologized and made sure we were taken care of. These employees still treat their customers with amazing service and truly care. That's hard to find in Abilene.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the free ice cream cone!

Arrived last night at 910. Door and internet say they are open until 10. There were maybe 5 tables that were not already cleaned up and pushed to the side. They were cleaning the store as if it was closed. I am sure my experience made my salad a little sad to me I will add a picture but when I think Jason's deli I think big delicious salads. Not what I got. We watched them take the soup from a bucket sitting on the rolling cart and then stick it in the microwave. The entire experience left a lot to be desired

Pretty messy store overall. Chip crumbs for the side. Dressings all dripped through and a handful of open tables due to trash. Must be short staffed or incredibly busy just before our arrival late afternoon.

We probably won't be returning for a long while.

In the evening, restaurant was not busy. Food arrived fresh and tasty.

Salad bar was well-stocked, and I made myself a salad.

A couple minutes later, a very loud pack of children, none older than about 8, descended on the salad bar, some reaching into the containers with their fingers.

Some employees stared from behind the counter, but nothing was done by the staff that I could tell.

The parents ignored the actions of their children.

The containers in the salad bar were not changed out after being digged in by the children.

Ice cream machine was also out of order.

I know 'the customer is always right'... but permitting uncivilized behavior is simply a recipe for alienating regular customers.

Angela was the lady that took our order and the crap attitude and how rude she was uncalled for we eat at Jason's at least 2 times a month and we will not be coming back to the south side for a wile

When Jersey mikes and jimmy johns exist, it’s a wonder Jason’s can stay in business. The food is OK - not great. Not even good really. Potions are small and fairly disappointing. Tables are way too close together, and I was hoping Covid would take away all buffets but we couldn’t be so lucky?

I love eating here if I dine in! Unfortunately, I did carry-out today and when I got home realized I paid for a Turkey sandwich that was missing the cheese AND any condiments! Lol! I had asked for sub mayo for mustard but ended up with a dry, naked sandwich and unfortunately have no fridge at home currently to even add condiments. Too bad. Would love management to make it right.

I had the corned beef on rye with a smear of spicy mustard. Just the way it is eaten in New York City. This sandwich was underwhelming to say the least. Its been a while since I have eaten here but for some reason I remember it being much better the last time I ate here.
