Got the Club Lulu today (1-30-24) and the pesto salad. Found a really LONG black hair in my pesto pasta. Unsanitary!Totally grossed out!!!! Called Mgr. She apologized...she was nice...didn't offer a refund...offered me a $10 credit?!?! Nooo! I will not be back!Wasted $15 just to get sick to my stomach and not eat. NOT a happy ?

I went to try the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Wrap. I was surprised when I saw it because it was basically Chicken Salad with Jalapeño flavor. I expected fresh, sliced chicken with maybe chopped fresh or canned jalapeños .The Jalapeño flavor was bold from the very first bite. The flavor was great and there was plenty of it. They put crispy Jalapeño bits in there and I added bacon to mine. It all paired well with the fresh tomato and thinly sliced onions, so this instantly became a favorite for me. Also, the tortilla is a nice contrast to the thicker bread on the sandwich.I took off a star because of the price. I’m not complaining, to be clear, I do not mind paying good money for good food, and this is certainly good. However, when you look at the overall price to product ratio, for almost 19.00 your getting a wrap with drink and chips. If the wrap was oversized, ok Lots more chicken would maybe substantiate the price. In fairness, I added bacon which drove up the price a little.Overall, I’ll definitely be back for this meal. Not disappointed in any way, and the wife loved it too!

Awful customer service!!!! Our app order was sent to the Abilene store by mistake and we notified them immediately about the error yet they still refused to refund our money. When reading their other reviews it is obvious that this error occurs often since they are the first store that pops up alphabetically. Thieves!!!
