Best place in town with prices that shocked me, in a good way. They have a crazy assortment of items, and also do custom orders. Hands down the best bakery I’ve ever been to. We’re hooked on them!
My mom discovered this bakery when she moved to Abilene back in 2020. She always raves about it. So whenever I come up to visit her, this is an imperative stop before I leave! Their cookies are some of the best I’ve ever had! So soft, tasty and fresh! Their lunches are good too and at a great price. They always have such a wide and available selection too. Thank you McKays!!!

I am so sad to see y'all closing. I used to come here as a child with my grandparents who are locals. I used to visit with my family from Nashville, Tennessee every summer. That smell of the bakery was always so distinct. I used to always wish I could just bottle or up and take it home with me. I always loved getting the thumbprint cookies. The chocolate was my favorite! I have never found another cookie that taste anywhere near how good yours was. I am so sad to see you go! Best...read full review
