The froyo was not great. The white chocolate mousse tasted sour. the white chocolate chips and mini chips I got seemed old or just not fresh because they were discolored. Customer service was not great... we were not greeted when we walked in and we were the only people, the only thing said to me during the interaction with the girl working was "here is your change". we sat down to try our froyo and the girl working was trying to find something to watch on the TV and two more people walked in and were not greeted and they stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes and were not help so they left. Not worth Almost $20 ?

This place is total garbage. It smells like an uncleaned clothes washing machine ...you know, that dank, musty, gross smell. It's overpriced, and the staff is less than friendly. When I asked questions, I was met with snark, and the worst offense was when I asked what the little juice ball things were, and I was looked at like I was stupid as I was told it was Boba. I didn't know what it was and asked for clarification, only to be met with more stares and a response that would have offended a kindergartener. Considering two small bowls of ice cream cost $26, I should have had a much better experience. I will never shop here again... even if it is the only place in town I can get an ice cream.

Annie was very friendly and did a great job taking care of us. I got the cookies and cream milkshake and it was amazing!

My first Abilene experience was Mood, I stopped in for a latte. I can tell you I have been a dedicated SB's patron for 15+ years prior to this visit. We were moving and we were looking for a home, coming from Austin, I did not have high expectations but Mood was conveniently located for me. My order was perfect, better than any order that I have had at SB. We moved to Abilene shortly after and I have been a regular customer ever since. I visit 3-5 times a week. I am always greeted with a smile followed by insightful conversation from each employee. I would like to highlight Annie, she is the bright light that makes this business a positive must stop for me. The staff is extremely positive and welcoming and they want to brighten your day when you walk into their doors. This is a very clean and friendly environment that you can stop in with your entire family. I have sampled the Froyo and I can tell you that each flavor is better than the next, amazing. There are several options of Froyo to choose from and children as well as adults looking for an excellent sweet treat would be thrilled. Bottom line, whether you are visiting for a specialty coffee or a nice alternative to ice cream this is the business you want to visit and make a habit of returning. I have had exhausting days at work, I can honestly tell you that after my visit at Mood my attitude is back to positivity and I am always grateful that I stopped.

What’s with all the TVs??? I hate coming into a family friendly place that has so many TVs on. The kids stare at the TV the whole time (TV shows were kid appropriate), so I spent my time trying to refocusing my kids. But why would I want to come get get frozen yogurt and have TV playing! Honestly, it’s kinda lame that they’re on. I will not return here. Not recommend.

We wanted some Froyo and stopped in based on Google maps saying it was nearby. Over half of the machines were out of service so very few options to choose from. It was too "icey" , not smooth like we expected. The gal up front was nice but afraid to speak. Seems like a requirement for a cashier.

Was way more expensive then I expected, 2 medium sized containers where almost $20, they only had 4 flavors of frozen yogurt, 2 chocolate, 1 vanilla and a water melon, I don't believe we will ever return to this location.

We just moved here, and I would have to say this is the worst froyo I've ever experienced. This is our third time trying it out before writing a review. I kept hoping it would get better and that maybe we just came on a bad day, but it's been the same situation each time. The first time going in, they cleaned out the yogurt machines well before closing. They ratio to how many machines they have to yogurt options is disappointing. With only a handful filled up. Overall, it is not very clean, and with the toppings not properly covered for sanitation and taste dried out. Their coffee prices are too expensive to enjoy, especially when there are so many other options in town. Employees are always hiding out of sight in the back. What yogurt options they do have are not fresh. I tried the cookies and cream with my kids, and it made us gag as it tasted like it might have turned. I ended up getting the French vanilla and have definitely had better. Will not come back unless this drastically improves.

Not worth the "weigh it Wednesday" sale. There were only 5 flavors available and 2 of them didn't work. The toppings hardly came out of the containers and the one person working seemed so put off with us being there.

This store has safety issues that need to be rectified. They have cheap seating that is rickety at best. I went to sit down and the chair gave way. I am not over weight, the chair had legs that fold down and then screw in to metal rods. One of the screws was undone so the leg collapsed. I hurt myself and the worker just awkwardly laughed and took the chair to the back. They didn't ask if I was ok, take my information or anything. In addition to the safety issue only half of the yogurt machines were working and their drink machine was out. Will never come back.

First time visit and only tried the frozen yogurt. There was a non dairy choice and several other flavors. Lots of toppings, fresh fruit, ect... Good service. Will return eventually to try their coffee drinks! They do have drive through but they open late, like 10 a.m.

Mood Froyo is such a cool place ! I love the taste of the items on menu and the coffee is actually really good ! I have spent time with friends here, chilled and studied! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to them sometimes being out of product that I needed to order.

I hate frozen yogurt. My wife and kids love frozen yogurt. So we have come to the agreement of, we get frozen yogurt from the best in Abilene.Kid-friendliness: Test cups, toppings that I don't know what are and smaller sizing if they don't over fill their cup.
