“We came to get some pizza this evening. The service was great, our food was great and the turn aroung was quick. The night manager really knows what he is doing and was very professional. I do have a safety suggestion for the store however. I noticed a few customers using the employee entrance in which the night manager politely asked them not to use that door..as it is for employees only per the signs in the door. This is a safety hazard more than just an
annoyance. Ide advise a code box on the door. Many resturaunts in town have used the code box method for decades to ensure employee safety. Employee safety these days is not something to risk. Either way, the customers were rude to the manager and he stayed professional. This is an avoidable situation. We love papa johns and go there a few times a month. it would be nice to know a place we are supporting, does what it needs to, to put employee safety first as well as provide good service. “Earlier this year we had some issues with our order. A delivery was delayed multiple hours and we ended up canceling our order. I understood that it was a busy night and things went wrong. Manager Demar (not sure of spelling) reached out and offered an order at a future date for no cost. Last night we called back and placed our order. They stood by their word and comped our order. Outstanding customer service. I understand that things don’t always run smoothly, and they did not have to go out of their way to provide us an order at no cost. I appreciate Demar and this location. They will have our business again.“
