Can't say enough about the customer service from Mary on the phone helping place an order from 1700 miles away for a special pandemic birthday and for Mike the delivery driver who went above and beyond to ensure timely delivery of 12 hot pizzas. Even taking the time to write a birthday greeting inside the pizza box. The whole process was flawless, and the pizza got rave reviews, too. If I could give a 6-star review, I would! Thanks, Papa John's of Abilene!
Pizza was cold n burnt wen it was delivered! How hard is it not to burn a pizza? Bubbled up burnt spots on 4 slices of my large pie, not cool bcuz it went in the garbage! Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza n the was hardly any topping on it, burnt, cold, n nasty, also ordered a large cheese pizza that was partially burnt as well! Papa John's Pizza used to be the best pizza around, wat happened?
I was surprised they dont have a menu posted. Mary was really nice and helpful and brought my pizza out to my van so I didnt have to stand and wait.
