My experience was at a drive-thru Pizza Hut in Abilene, Texas on 24 Hospital Dr. This was on a Sunday 9/13/22, no visible customers parked outside and nobody in the drive-thru. The drive-thru windows are blacked out. Nobody acknowledged the drive through window, so I honked my horn for service. The General Manager answered aggressively, "Did you just Honk your horn?! This is what my pizza looked like today. We generally order dominoes because Pizza Hut didn’t use to deliver where I live. Now they do and this is what we got. Won’t order again
I love pizza and their service is amazing and they take care of all our needs and give us great food
