3 of our 4 orders included extra crispy fries, but the fries were all the same - NOT extra crispy. With such a limited menu, it shouldn't be difficult to get something right that is that simple - something that every other location gets correct.
Went in a little after 11 to grab some lunch for my granddaughter, and even tho I have never tried your food, the customer service I received makes me not want to. I mean I walk in and the guy at the register just stared at me not saying a how are you, welcome in nothing just a stare. My granddaughters love the place but the customer service I got wasn't it for me.

Stopped by Raising Cane’s in Abilene, TX, and had a great experience. The drive-through was very swift and efficient, which is always appreciated. I did have to wait about four minutes for fresh chicken, but honestly, who’s going to complain about fresh food? Definitely worth the short wait.
