This is now 2x I've called in an order. They tell me 10 minutes and I wait 20 to come pick up to give them time and make sure it's ready. Well I sit for another 40 mins just for them to tell me they either lost the order or they ran out. Why not telle that when I get there!!!! Places like that frustrate me. I drive all the way across town for that place. To me it says"Our customers are not valued or their time" Very disappointed. The simple fact that they don't do anything to fix it but just let you leave unsatisfied and disappointed.
