Great place to bring friends and family. It's hard to decide between the fried chicken or chicken fried steak. My favorites! Very delicious.Kid-friendliness: They have car seat slings for the baby or highchairs and booster seats for the toddlers. They're good about sanitizing them and promptly bringing them over to your table. The his is a great place for family style dinners. Everyone on the wait staff was friendly and attentive. I had the fried catfish and my wife had the baked chicken. Both were delicious and flavorful. The bowls of sides kept coming until we couldn’t eat any more.

We happened to be in Abilene for the weekend And found Belle's Chicken Dinner House. It had lots of good reviews and we decided to try it. I'm so glad we did, the food was wonderful. It reminded me of a place in Crested Butte, Colorado called Slogar ( I don't know if it is even still open), but better and the prices were good.
