Rosa's in Abilene on Judge Ely, the kitchen was very dirty food all over the floor, and as usual for the price of the beef fajita burittos, not enough meat or guacamole. Come on owners we work hard for our money.
Most tables were dirty (not picked up from previous diner), and bathrooms weren't as clean as most Rosa's we've been to. Food is still good, just one of the least well serviced Rosa's unfortunately.
Awesome place. Loved the ambience. Food was good, but wasn’t great. Price was right. I’d certainly return. My chief complaint is that no one was cleaning up tables. There were trays of food scattered all around.
