Share your opinion about Schlotzsky's Deli
after seeing the the guy kick out a friend because of her disability being protected by the ADA he lost my future business. Employees need to be educated on accepting customers for whom they are not judge and use personal hatred. If your family member or you have a hidden disability do not do business here or any of their locations.
Schlotzsky’s is good. Not sure what was happening this evening but I think they need some more training.
Service was slow. I redeemed my reward for the $8.00 meal but was still charged almost $10. Not sure what happened and the young man didn’t seem to know what was even going on.
Glad I was eating at home because I didn’t get a straw or napkins. When I did get home the sandwich was “blah” the bread tasted stale.

This typical Schlotzsky's Deli offers food and atmosphere in par with most other locations. The Turkey Club with salt and vinegar chips and a ceaser salad was delicious. Sandwiches were very good and prepared exactly like asked. The original sandwich is a favorite, with the large option leaving some to snack on. Vegetarian options include soups and strawberry salad. Servers are consistently nice, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond. One server kindly brought a carry out order to a hearing impaired customer. At another location, a gentleman apologized for a different store and gave free cinnabons for the drive. The dining room is a cool space. Quick and fast service is available through the drive thru.
