“The manager there works his butt off. I could tell he was frustrated with one of his front line worker but he held his professionalism and didn't skip a beat. This is my 2nd time at this location the manager is always there working hard. We'll tonight 3/21/26 he gave me a free giant sub because he notices everything and he noticed his line worker was not doing her job that great. She is definitely not the right person for the job. But anyways he takes great care of his store and has great passion for his position. I hope jersey Mike knows what a great asset this manager os to there company.“

“Schlotzsky’s is good. Not sure what was happening this evening but I think they need some more training. Service was slow. I redeemed my reward for the $8.00 meal but was still charged almost $10. Not sure what happened and the young man didn’t seem to know what was even going on. Glad I was eating at home because I didn’t get a straw or napkins. When I did get home the sandwich was “blah” the bread tasted stale. I love Schlotzsky’s but it will be awhile before I go back“

“I like this Subway. It's spacious, peaceful environment. Really enjoyed all the windows. Get to sit there and eat while watching the world go by. It was peaceful.
Staff was good. Thorough. Made sure the food was exact the way you wanted it. Very good 👌“

“Outstanding service. I arrived right before closing, they were kind and patient and kept a smile on their faces. I came from seeing family at the hospital that haven't eaten all day. Julia and Lucas H made delicious sandwiches for my family. Thank you!“

“Best visit to a Subway ever. I ordered the Bella Mozza ( a new one) The one guy waiting on everybody was extremely courteous and professional yet personable and knew his job well. Smiling and just amazingly good to every customer no matter how rude, loud and obnoxious... he treated everyone with the same patience and respect. Didn't get his name but he did an outstanding job and in a very timely manner.“

“I am a frequent visitor to the particular location. For the most part, it’s a good spot, only lack of employees slowing down production and creating long wait times and long lines during lunch.This particular lunch visit was disappointing. The usual long lines were an issue as I anticipated it, I was happy to see a full line of employees making sandwiches this time. The flow was definitely faster and I thought that was great while in the line until I reached the veggie/completion stage. They had a young inexperienced employee building and finishing the orders.I ordered a simple Roasted Chicken Wrap and added some veggies. I am never one to complain and I didn’t this time however you can see from my pictures, more training was needed. There were something many of each vegetable that the wrap could not close. It couldn’t be folded or wrapped so it was just rolled up in the paper and sent to me. It had the vegetables on the outside of the wrap as well that made it very soggy and just not good. The wrap would have filled two different salad bowls. I had to get a fork and sift through all of it to find any chicken. It was so off putting that I ate about a third of it and tossed the soggy rest of it.In their defense , this is not a regular thing, most of the time it’s the extreme opposite which is not enough vegetables. Also, the cashier and I both watched in awe of their person struggling to quickly fit all this in the wrap while moving on the the next customer in the long line, and neither of us said “please take out about half of that, and it will work better” so I take some blame too.“

“There is a young man working today that seems to be running the show without help. He had a rush of people, some of them were being difficult. He hustled the entire time, never lost his composure…cool as a cucumber. I hope he is being compensated well.“

“We had a DoorDash order delivered that was incorrect I called the store and Jimmy answered. Jimmy was polite and helpful. Jimmy remade our order in a very timely manner. I am very appreciative of this location and the customer service that Jimmy and his team provided us. We will be back.“
