It was so yummy I capfuls it it everyday 🤤
I love this food and hope this will change. however I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. when I got to the window. I got my food, paid and the girl starts taking another order and I wait 2-3 minutes for my drink. could multitask for everyone sake.

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli on South 14th has wonderful customer service and a good atmosphere. The staff, including Alura, are courteous, friendly, and patient. They work hard to keep the store clean and get orders out correctly and in a timely manner. The menu is on the higher side but worth every penny. However, some orders have been wrong, like a chicken fiesta that ended up a beef bacon smokecheesy. Also, on Sunday evening around 8:30, there was no tea, and the lights were turned out at 9:00. Overall, it is a great place to eat with a giant turkey bacon avocado and ham and cheese original available.
