The Cinnabon was hard and stale…the flatbread was very good! The man that delivered the flatbread was very nice. The cashier seemed very bothered to interrupt their cleaning every time someone came up to place an order.

After order was lost, they made our order, was good as usual, I can have white cheeses or the sauce they put on original, can use yellow cheddar , they got it right, didn't get ill, yehawwww. Older location, but still good considering.Kid-friendliness: Not very large area, no activities for kids

It took them a little longer than usual to come take our order. Granted I did walk in about 20 minutes prior to closing. But did make the order to go.Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 kids pizza, 1 calzone, and 2 sandwiches. They had them all made quickly though, and all made correctly.Would recommend this location to anyone.

First time, got the calzone which was really just a cold meatball sandwich, cold despite getting the order within minutes.We spent $31 for a soft drink a bag of chips just like Frito lay and 2 sandwiches. Seems kinda pricey. I suppose if the calzone was hot and the sauce not cold it would have been pretty good if you suspended the calzone reality. ??

I have been a fan of schlotzsky's for as long as I can remember. This was the least appealing visit I've ever had. Main problems were that the order was wrong and the counter service was lacking. Never had a problem here before. Hopefully it's a one-time thing.
