If you have an online order over $20 just remember you have to show a picture id to pick it up if you dont have one yes ur order will be cancelled because there isnt proof that it was really ur card and could be unauthorized transactions better safe than sorry. Whats so bad showing ur id

Did an online order they barely put anything in my sandwich, gave me the wrong bread, and then didn't even give me the toppings I payed extra for
I drove by here tonight around 9:20 and it closed even though it said it closed at 10 o'clock! I called the Subway on South 14th and it was open. We went there. I mentioned to the girl that the Southwest Dr. location was closed even though it said 10 o'clock. The girl said that the South 14th and the Southwest Dr. location is owned by the same franchisee and that they shouldn't be closed!

I ordered online and after 30 min, I walk in and the employee tells me she hasn't even started on it, in a very rude manner. No, im sorry or ANYTHING. There are others here that ordered online waiting as well.

Never received my sandwiches. Subway and Door Dash , neither one wants to take responsibility. I was having it delivered because I cannot walk very well and I use a walker.
