Walked in got looked at no acknowledgement,
Sandwich toasted barely
Troy was counting money and could not stop and bag my sandwich , the other employee bag the sandwich behind mine and put it on the Dorr dash rack and walked off & troy still let my sandwich lay there until I grabbed it off the counter and left

The young man taking my order was very rude he rushed my order and got mad when I wanted extra and complain that it was going to be more. I go to Subway all the time and get two sandwiches. It shouldn’t be $50

Tried to order online wouldn't let me. Arrived at the establishment at 9:15am doors locked. The doors say it opens at 9am but there was noone there. I tried calling and noone answered smh. Awful.

Corvin was the only gentleman working at this location during the lunch rush and he did a phenomenal job. He made sure the area was clean, he was thorough, and a very kind young man. He did the very best he could do with no help, and had a great attitude. Thanks Corvin!

Too slow. I've actually walked out after waiting more than 20 minutes. I feel sorry for the girls from the cosmetology school. They're stuck with that place.

Complete gave my sister the wrong order. Then claimed they had no manager at all! Told her they wouldn't replace her sandwich. And when asked who manages their store and makes their schedules they still claimed that no one did it.

Only 2 girls were working, but they seemed knowledgeable and were taking care of customers quickly. I had placed an online order but the store didn't receive it. I didn't have the paper coupon for my meal, I had a promo code. Luckily, they had a paper coupon and still got the deal. They were very nice and helpful. My daughter enjoyed her food.
