Been going to north side location on an almost daily basis for a couple years now. Great service, friendly staff and amazing selection of teas and energy drinks. Highly highly recommend to any tea lovers out there.
I've gone here twice, the first time the drink wasn't made right, but I usually go to the Southside one and know it tastes wonderful when made right, the second time was good but the staff was spaced out and not really helpful. The staff on the Southside are always friendly and knowledgeable but the ones at this location just seem like it's a burden to help you or that they just really don't want to be there.
