THEY HAVE ROACHES!! I just went to this Wendy’s. I decided to go inside since the driver thru was packed and I was trying to get to work on time. They were also pretty busy on the inside so I was waiting right by the counter for someone to take my order and that’s when I saw one of the workers who I assume was a manager bagging orders and witnessed a ROACH crawling on her shirt. I left so quickly. I understand things happen but if the infestation gets that bad where roaches are crawling on you in THE LIGHT something needs to be done. This is a health hazard and I hope the health department makes them fix this issue cuz that was absolutely disgusting

Worst service and food. Seemed like they cater to door dash or Uber deliveries than walk in customers. The staff was totally unorganized and I wasn’t the only one that was waiting to order. I was going to use the drive thru but noticed it was backed up. I decided I’d go in to dine but should’ve known that if the drive thru was backed up the dine in wouldn’t be much better. Sure enough total chaos. Needless to say I won’t be going back sure I’m just one customer but that’s one customer that won’t be spending money there. Very unsatisfactory

Went today and normally one of my favorite places……..but not today. There was no ice, catchup pumps were empty and drinks were warm. When I told a worker that the pumps were empty she slapped diwn two packs of catchup. No one ever came to refill. The drinks were “flat” as if there was no carbonation in the machine. The workers spent more time talking to each other than working. Not many people in the stire at 11:30 am but not many working employees either. May be a reason for lack if customers. .

Ordered a frosty and machine went down. This crew here in Abilene have got their shit together. It was just a few minutes and it was back up and running and frosty came out as one of the best I ever had! Good job

One of the worst experiences at a drive through. When there to grab a quick bite before heading to DFW. There was 4 cars in the park lot but it took me a 15 minute wait to get to order my food. They also said they’re out of ice. I said sure and I’m ok with that. Place and paid my order, (spicy chicken sandwich with large fries) and now I have to wait again for another 10 for my food to come out. When it did finally came out, I put my food on the passenger sit and left as I was running late. I should have checked it, because they gave me a jr cheeseburger load with mayo and medium fries. If only their service is a good has they tweets.
