Waited 25 minutes for food and the bun was wet and ice cold. Apparently it was frozen and they didn’t bother to thaw it out properly and didn’t toast it. Another burger had no veggies on it. I would normally say they were just having a bad day but I had a similar experience a few weeks ago. So I’m done. For $14.00 I can do better
Dear literally just the locations in the Abilene area,
Why has the sweet and spicy bacon burger been off the menu for like YEARS now? When I go out of town, my favorite burger is on the menu. But not Abilene. No. Like, Abilene whataburger locations hate me personally. Bring back the SSBB!

Whataburger is a great spot, especially for late-night eats. The staff is friendly, respectful, and professional, with a general manager and team who build good relationships with customers. There's ample parking in the rear of the building. While customer service can be hit-or-miss, with some locations excelling and others needing improvement, Whataburger is always quick and serves great food. Note that vegetarian options may be limited.
