Tried the new Blazen Bacon Cheese burger. Fantastic taste with the jalapeño ranch & pickled jalapeños! A little messy to eat but it was great AND it is available in the smaller size burger. I will definitely order this again!

Staff was friendly and food tasted great. The drive-thru can get busy and the wait is long at different times, but that is fine for having fresh made meals.

Came to this location on 8-24-2024 at 4:28 a.m. I ordered a patty melt meal and waited 28 minutes to get my food. I could understand if the location was busy but there was one car ahead of me and one behind me. The employees were more concerned with cleaning up.

Walked in the dining area, with 1 person in line ahead of myself and finally ordered almost 10 mins later. There was already 4 to 5 couples that had already ordered in the dining area. Once i ordered i sat in the dining area for another 15 minutes with no one getting any orders. The team was just standing around behind the counter talking. I also noticed drive thru orders started walking in asking for their orders. I decided to cancel my order being there for more than 25 mins and noticing nobody in the dining area had still gotten their orders either.

Went around 430am cause that is when I got off work and it was closed. Didn't even give an explanation and said have a good morning. These Whataburger places in Abilene are slipping like the rest of the fast food is. It's supposed to be 24hrs but I guess not.
