We had an exceptional dining experience at III Forks. My wife and I enjoyed every moment—the service was impeccable, the atmosphere was sophisticated, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail, and the flavors were truly impressive. The drinks were perfectly crafted as well, adding to an already memorable evening. From start to finish, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning soon.

I celebrated my birthday dinner at III Forks Addison, and let me tell you—it was flawless from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the tone: elegant, warm, and intimate, with that perfect dimmed lighting that makes everything feel elevated.

Our server Carla was nothing short of outstanding — the kind of professional that instantly elevates an entire dining experience. From the moment we were seated, she set the tone with her warm, confident presence and sharp attention to detail. She anticipated every need before we even had to ask, walking us through the menu with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm that made our first visit feel effortless and refined. Carla’s timing was flawless — attentive without hovering, personable without losing professionalism. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued, like every guest mattered. It’s rare to find service this polished and sincere. Her expertise, energy, and precision transformed an already remarkable evening into an unforgettable one. Five-star service, hands down — Carla is the definition of excellence.

For the main course, we went all in with the 32oz Bone-In Tomahawk Ribeye ($145) topped with King’s Butter—black truffles and honey ($16) and finished with flamed Jack Daniel’s Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon Infused Maldon Salt. The steak was pure perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor that literally melted in my mouth. We also tried the Eye of Ribeye Pepper Steak (10oz, $54)—rich, savory, and full of depth. Both dishes were absolutely world-class. The Lobster Mac & Cheese and Mashed Potatoes were creamy, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the steaks.

And for cocktails — we didn’t hold back. We started with the Blackberry Smash, a whiskey-based drink with a creative twist that completely caught me off guard. It was rich, smooth, and dangerously good — the kind of cocktail that sneaks up on you in the best way. The balance of sweetness and strength was impeccable, and the flavor was so bold it demanded attention. Money well spent and the perfect way to round out an unforgettable meal.

We also ordered the Bee’s Knees, made with real honey — silky, fragrant, and just the right amount of sweet with a surprising kick that lets you know it’s no lightweight. Both cocktails were crafted to perfection, striking that rare balance between artistry and intensity. Highly recommend both — they’re as refined as they are potent. 🍸🔥

III Forks exceeded every expectation. The food was top-tier, the service was impeccable, and the vibe was nothing short of luxurious. I savored every bite—it’s easily one of the best dinners I’ve had in years And the complementary Birthday Dessert Desert really put the icing on the cake was melting in my mouth OMGSH 😩🙌🏽

Fantastic steak house. Started with a house salad (exceptional), then moved onto a bone in filet (superb), with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Don't forget desert. I had the key lime pie. Warning! It's HUGE! Definitely shareable and wonderfully delicious! Drinks were great and the service was well above expectations. It's nice to know there are still places you can go to really enjoy a dinner experience!

Great food and service staff — but management and hostess staff need improvement, especially with how they treat non-white guests.

When I arrived, it was raining, but valet was there right away with umbrellas — so friendly, polite, and professional. He even opened the main door for me, which made for a great first impression.

The hostess told me the bar was open but tables wouldn’t be seated until 5pm, which was fine since I was waiting for my party. At that point, it was just us and another couple waiting.

When the blonde hostess finally sat us, we mentioned that one more person might join and asked if we could have a slightly larger table. The restaurant was practically empty, but she made our entire party walk back to the host stand to be reseated. Then the manager came out and said the restaurant was “fully booked” and could only accommodate us if we agreed to release the table by 7pm. I said that was fine.

Still, the hostess tried to seat us at a tight table where we’d have to squeeze in, even though open tables were clearly available. When we asked about a nearby open table, she said it was “reserved.” Another hostess stepped in and kindly found us a more comfortable spot, which we appreciated — but by then, we already felt unwelcome.

If it weren’t for my mother-in-law’s birthday, I probably would have left. I’ve had warmer greetings and smoother seating experiences at Texas Roadhouse. To make matters worse, while we waited for food, that same hostess tried to seat another party in our original spot — they declined, and she immediately gave them the table they requested.

Thankfully, Allison and the waitstaff completely turned the experience around. They were exceptional — attentive, friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. They explained the menu, made us laugh, and treated my mother-in-law with so much care. The team served the sides beautifully, kept our glasses full, and made sure we had everything we needed. Kudos to Allison and the entire service team — they truly saved the evening.

Will I return? I’m not sure. The food and waitstaff were wonderful, but management and the hostess team could benefit from cultural sensitivity training and a better understanding of fair, unbiased service. The difference in treatment was noticeable and disappointing.

I hope this review helps the restaurant improve — and helps future guests know what to expect.

Food was superb and waitstaff was excellent. A great place to celebrate a special birthday!

The server was good. The drinks were good. The food was average. For two people and 245.00 I was not satisfied. My date’s food came out cold, the bread was hard, the asparagus way too salty and the scalloped potatoes were undercooked. I probably will not go back.

There is not a better restaurant!!! Ask for Desmond he is a ROCK STAR!!

Hosted a party of eight on September 20. We arrived early for check-in. The hostess greeted us and took us to the bar as the dining room wasn't open. Once the restaurant opened, we were taken to a private room. My goodness, the private room exceeded our expectations. I thought we would be seated in the main dining room.

Then our waiter, Chase, introduced himself and did a superb job. Chase took great care of everyone. He made sure things were flowing with the pace of dinner. There was nothing out of order or confusing. He explained the menu in detail so that it was easy to select.

If you ever go to this location, ask for Chase! He gives you a great experience, and his customer service is unmatched. I cannot tell you when we've experienced this level of service, especially with a party of 8. Chase was incredible and attentive. Great job, sir. You did a fantastic job!

I'm sure the employees are great, too, but I can only speak about the service given. However, the interaction I had with some of the other employees was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. The atmosphere and the quality of service made the experience wonderful!

The restrooms were top-tier—clean and fully stocked. When I say a great experience, you will be glad you went. It was truly unmatched.
