Only had one rough experience here but wasn't due to the restaurant itself but because of some drug users taking over the bathrooms and walking around making other people uncomfortable.“

I can’t remember everything we ordered but everything was delicious! Some of the items that stuck out were the tagliatelle with crab and the turkey meatballs!

Also loved the cocktails and the vibe, and the service was great. Not too annoying and not too scarce. There’s so much more I’d love to try so will definitely be back!“

“I have not had the chance to try CAVA until last night, never even heard of the place. As far as first impressions go, the restaurant has a minimalist atmosphere, focusing on the menu and bringing your attention solely to the aroma of the seasonings and herbs used in their dishes, you’re met with an order system similar to chipotle but they offer their own unique dish variants, and they have several options for refreshing lemonades; I personally opted for the Cucumber Lime. I chose to get a bowl and let my imagination go crazy for the ingredients and still ended up with a delicious meal. Once I finished my bowl, I knew exactly what I wanted for my next dinner. I ventured to the CAVA at The Legacy, this is where I was met with superb customer service, barely any words were said but he understood exactly where I was coming from when I asked for extra servings and supplied me with an exuberant amount of lamb (at my request), making my experience MUCH more pleasant. “Was in search of authentic Palestinian food in Dallas and found it in Food From Galilee. The small but cozy dining space was very welcoming, as was our server. We ordered the hummus, the tabbouleh, the lentil soup, the dolma, and the falafel. All of it was incredibly good. I've never had such light and crispy falafel in my life. We both had salads that came with the dinner, and both felt the dressing was a little too acidic; it was almost like straight up lemon juice with herbs, and it just didn’t complement the salads. That was really our only complaint about the meal. My chicken kabob had a delicious marinade and the portion was generous. My husband said my chicken was much more flavorful than his gyros meat. “Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“
