“Ohmygosh what a delicious meal. Excellent service without the exorbitant prices. We arrived around 7 PM. The restaurant was bare with the exception of us. What we didn’t realize is the restaurant was under renovation. However we were accommodated anyway. The service was exceptional tending to our every need. I believe it would not have mattered if the restaurant was full, we would have been treated with the same treatment. It certainly is a place I would visit again and again.

The food was authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Delicious in every sense. I had the gyro platter. As I write this, I’m still reminiscing about the flavors. My date had the lamb. If course I tried his food. I will definitely try the lamb on my next visit.

Although the restaurant is under renovation, they provide delivery and take out service. If in the area, please stop in and give them a try. It is worth the while“

Otherwise, I highly recommended this place. I am curious though to why a Greek restaurant serves a cannoli - which is clearly Italian.“

They made sure everything was just right with my order and really went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience. “Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“After 5 years of living in Frisco and driving by this place every day, today we finally picked up some food for a family meal. We got chicken kabobs and 3 varieties of beef kabobs. The meat was really tender and delicious. The other thing that caught my attention was the rice. It was long grain and had a nice buttery flavor. Overall a great experience with really good food.“

We came for a very late lunch and we came away very impressed with the quality of the wraps, the French fries and especially the fried pita side. The staff was very patient as it was our first time here and we really enjoyed the food and the restaurant atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try out more.“

I had a lamb shank there today and the taste if their food and quantity and quality is extremely high!

Very kind and respectful people. The artworks amd the paintings on the walla and tables takes you to the heart of Persian culture. Really nice paintings and decoration!

The restaurant itself is slightly off down town but the taste of their food really worth it! You can also order with delivery options like doordash and stuff!
