“Food is ok, people come mostly for the ambience. The valet parking is a put off personally, it's pretentious and trying to create an exclusive fee,l but its reaching tbh, rather than focusing on being a nice place to go eat and gather with friends with good food they are trying to create something most bigh end restaurants dont even do. There is plenty of parking spaces but they force valet on you. 😅“

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sachet. Even without reservations, the restaurant manager, Belen, went above and beyond to make sure we were seated and well taken care of. Her warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the evening, and the customer service throughout our visit was top notch.

The drinks were excellent. My Aperol Spritz was perfectly balanced, and my husband enjoyed a lovely Nebbiolo from their thoughtfully curated wine list.

The food was incredible across the board. The roasted cauliflower with citrus, olives, black chickpeas, hummus, and almond gremolata was bursting with flavor and easily one of my favorite takes on roasted cauliflower. The marinated olives were the perfect starter and paired beautifully with our drinks. The tagliatelle with lump crab, fresno chile, marcona almonds, and mint was rich, elegant, and cooked perfectly. The Texas Wagyu steak frites was incredibly tender and a true standout.

Every bite was memorable and absolutely worthy of a return visit. We loved our experience so much that, at Belen’s recommendation, we also dined at their sister restaurant, Gemma. If you’re looking for elevated Mediterranean cuisine with exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.🤗“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

They have so much flavor! Check it out! Good for vegetarian diets although they seem to be expanding their menu to non vegetarian options such as shawarma and kabob! Great Mediterranean/arab food option!“

“After 5 years of living in Frisco and driving by this place every day, today we finally picked up some food for a family meal. We got chicken kabobs and 3 varieties of beef kabobs. The meat was really tender and delicious. The other thing that caught my attention was the rice. It was long grain and had a nice buttery flavor. Overall a great experience with really good food.“

“The food was good, not great. I ordered chicken kebab with a side of yellow rice and Greek salad. The salad was the saving grace but the chicken was a tad overdone and dry. I had asked for a spicier version so they put a red chilli paste topping on it and that made it taste better. Missed the mark for $22 plus taxes.

The chicken shawarma ($20) my friend ordered looked boring but was way more flavorful. The falafel appetizer ($10) tasted yum and I crumbled the falafel balls over my rice to enhance the flavor of my dish.

I did not taste the walnut baklava but the birthday girl liked it.

Service could have been better considering the place wasn’t busy but they did have considerable food pickup traffic.

For the prices charged and awesome reviews, I went in expecting a flavorbomb. I’ll be back to see if I like the food better next time. I love Mediterranean food and this is close by!“
