My wife and I were extremely impressed by Ramen Hakata. I got the spicy tonkatsu and she got the soy ramen with chicken. The broth was so creamy and rich with flavor, and had a good amount of heat, which is perfect for me. We also got the vegetarian gyoza and fried tofu. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. The service was great and prices were more than reasonable. We even considered going back a few days later, it was that good. Highly recommend!
I’ve gone to a few different locations and this is the one I find lacking the most. I’d say Lewisville location is my favourite!
Obviously this place isn’t bad, it’s a franchise or whatever, so the recipes must be similar if not the same, yeah? However, I think there’s something off about the water. dawg why was there so manyonions in the kotatsu and why does it taste sweet :( also their menu online is outdated expect 30-40% increase of prices. their vegetarian ramen is pretty good though. never had avocado in my ramen before
