This place has come up...I probably haven't been here in 2-3 years, mostly from a bad experience back then. But I got great service and a great product. Lots of smear on the bagel and the Nova lox was made "the right way", IYKYK.The new GM Carlos has turned this place around in the last 9 months, so please don't sleep on it if you have been like me.
I know I went in at about 5:30 5:40 in the morning, but being ignored by almost every person in there, not to say that one or two people did not have the common courtesy of saying good morning, but the lady I walked past filling up someone's coffee decanter, totally ignored me and just kind of stared at me and then looked away when I said good morning to her. Very rude. Secondly I literally stood there for almost 10 minutes staring at the menu and looking at the bagels waiting...read full review

Bagels 10/10 WOW!!!!!! FRESH AND DELICIOUS!!!!Great employees who look happy to be there. I will be coming back for the bagels and good service. The inside smells something awful, though. It was very uninviting to my nose. There's an oven that needs cleaning, maybe? I will overlook the interior smell, though. They might have been having an off morning. (UPDATE!!!! SMELLS AMAZING IN HERE NOW. SUCH A GLORIOUS AROMA)
