Serafina's Italiano Vino & Cucina

I live out of state, and every time I visit Dallas to see family, this restaurant is always on my list of places to eat. The service is excellent, and the food is always hot and delicious. It is genuinely one of Addison's tucked-away little secrets that is a must to experience. When you want to enjoy a lovely ambiance and have time to have some wine and a nice dinner, visit.

Came to serafina’s on a whim. Was not disappointed. Very friendly service and good food. The starter bread is delicious.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've had in my life. The food was terrible and way over priced. The quality of food served was poor. The items we ordered were different than the description on the menu. The a/c wasn't working and the restaurant was very uncomfortable and hot. The wood burning oven wasn't operational so the all the menu items were prepared in a kitchen oven. The only waiter working in the restaurant was the owner. The worst part of dinner is when I received the bill. I almost fell off my chair. Ugh!

Excellent service, quality, and overall experience. This is one of mine and my boyfriend’s favorite restaurants near where we work. We love it. The food is wonderful and authentic. ❤️??

Way too slow. For the service we got you would think they were packed, but there were only 3 other tables besides us. It was good, but not 2-hour-supper good.

Wow. This was supposed to be a Father's Day celebration. What it turned into was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. The air conditioning unit was out but no one told me even though I had talked to three different people at the restaurant. There weren't many people in the restaurant but the service couldn't have been slower. No one came to check on us and we had to find the waiter to get drinks. We waited almost an hour for our food after ordering. And again, no one came by to see if we needed anything. All the while the manager sat at a table near us eating, drinking and talking with folks. The one bright spot was the food. When we finally got it, it was delicious. But there's nothing that would get me to go back here. I was embarrassed about choosing Serafina's and apologized to everyone in my party.

Awesome! First time visiting! Arturo was the whip cream and cherry on a milk shake!?? Great personality and just a fun guy! He kept me laughing! My salad was perfect just the right amount of dressing and my lamb and pasta was off the charts delicious ? ?? so try it you might like it but to each its own palate?

Excellent food. Bread baked to order in a brick oven. Accommodated our large party last minute on what is typically a slow night and we had no complaints or issues that they didn't resolve without hesitation.

The food was delicious, unfortunately their air conditioning had gone out the day before we dined and it was extremely warm in the restaurant. They did their best with a few fans, but I wish they had just told us about the issue. We would have waited for a better time! Also, the first three wines I requested were not available....probably need to work on their wine offerings!

Great place for dinner! Fresh baked flat bread served hot from the brick oven. We had Medallions of Filet with a fantastic mushroom and onion sauce. Delightful! Hidden neighborhood gem. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Highly recommend!!

Loved this place! The food was amazing and Akash, our waiter was excellent. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. My husband and I had the pesto salmon, so good. Will definitely be back

The food was delicious! I highly recommend going for their Thursday special. Unfortunately the service was lacking. I stood at the host stand for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Mind you, the restaurant was only occupied by one couple and I had a reservation.

Service was great was able to accommodate my party of 16. Food was delicious staff was responsive and helpful.
