Portion sizes are usually pretty small and the parking lot is designed so poorly as well their drive through takes about twice as long as the Frankford location.
Iced cherry chai and lavender Frappuccino are my kids favorites. I prefer the latte!

Go to pick up an order I'm asked the name for my order. I give the name. Employee says still working on it. Then another employee asks me the name on my pick up order a few minutes later I give it again. Then a few minutes later a third employee asks me same question. I say I've said it twice already. Then I'm asked about a minute later by a fourth employee for the name. Keep in mind there are only 4 employees in the coffee shop. Ridiculous. Only one person needs to ask the name and work on making sure I get my order. I don't need everyone in the coffee shop asking me the same question. Ridiculous!!!

As this is a drive through location on our way we have given it multiple chances to improve. Their coffee machine is broke most of the times and what horrible service!! The orders are almost never correct and never to ur liking. Starbucks shd seriously consider auditing this location and making amends.

I keep trying to give this location a chance because they are close to my house. Unfortunately every time I come they are ALWAYS out of something. Whether it be a breakfast sandwich, latte, or tea, or even oat milk. It never fails and it’s very frustrating. Never coming back or wasting my time again.

So the drive-thru line was long and I decided to go on the inside to get my drink. I ordered my drink and went to the bathroom. The bathroom is locked and requires a code.
The bathroom was disgusting! I will NEVER go to this Starbucks location again. Hair in the sink ... some type of drainage problem where water is seeping from the baseboard. The bathroom looked like it had not been mopped in a while. I regret ordering my drink...and.I threw it in the trash. I just cannot consume items at an establishment whose bathroom is filthy.
The pickup service is not so good. I learned today they don’t fix orders according to pick up time. They only fix orders when a delivery driver comes to the counter and show them the order. I was waiting patiently for my order to be ready and like three drivers just walked up displaying their phones and got their orders before me. You learn something every location.

Citlali at the drive thru window today must have been having a terrible day. Understandable? Sure! However she had a nasty attitude both when we placed our order & when giving us our drinks at the window for no real reason except that she clearly lacks customer service skills. I ordered a simple shaken espresso with vanilla foam that I got charged for and the drink was not correct, seeing as the staff was in a bad mood I didn’t get back in line to correct the drink. Anyways thanks for reminding me why we always skip this location.

I always come to this Starbucks because it’s close to my house. This has been the fourth time I have ordered something and it’s not exactly what I ordered. They always charge you but don’t actually do what they charged you for. When I ask for an extra shot of espresso or extra Carmel or extra foam. I except my drink to have just that because I’d be pissed giving y’all $12 for something that is not what I wanted. Do better with making your drinks please. Listen to the order and make it correctly if you’re going to charge this much. I am too nice of a person to want my drink corrected every time. This will be the last time I come to this location.
This could be suuuuuuccchhhhh an amazing place. The ticket time is absolutely insane. A refresher took 20 min for some reason…. Team needs to be retrained. store was OVERSTAFFED in my opinion.

Yesterday, I ordered a Venti pecan oatmilk coffee. I was given a Venti cup of steamed milk. Okay, no big deal. Accidenta happen, and this is a busy location. I called and spoke with a lady that said she would have her team re-make the drink and leave a $4.00 recovery card for the inconvenience. I’m here almost every day, so no problem. Ahhhhh, but I went in the next day to get was I promised and the sweet girl at the register could not find it. There was a nasty manager named Jessica with an attitude. Jessica decided to argue about the recovery card. I told Jessica maybe they should look for it as it was left by the evening manager. Her attitude was totally inappropriate. A gentleman stopped by and asked what was wrong. Jessica told him the story (and she whispered, but she didn’t want to give me the recovery card as well). The gentleman had her do it anyway.
Now, I’ve been coming here everyday for several years, and I just may NEVER come to this location again as long as she’s working here. Jessica needs major training and an attitude adjustment. I now have the ick….
The two stars are stars for the sweet girl at the register and the gentleman that made Jessica do her job. There would be zero stars and a corporate call if I had to deal with Jessica alone.
