Angel, the manager, confronted me in my car with my kids concerning a totally different time we came in weeks ago when I was waiting at the counter, and made a vanilla ice joke. I said it probably wasn't the best time for ICE jokes. She explained to me, while hanging out of the drive thru window that her Hispanic workers said it made them feel uncomfortable because it was an ICE joke, and the sensitive times we are in.

1. 1st amendment first, and
2. WE WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY at this location again.
It's to bad too, we loved Allen.

Again, the manager claimed that staff previously felt uncomfortable yet chose to address it in front of my kids, hanging outside the store drve thru window, in my private space, and it all felt like a blitz on my rights.
This was not creating a “welcoming environment.” This was pure intimidation, harassment and discrimination as I comb through Starbucks code of customer conduct to validate my understanding of what could have been done better.

Starbucks, is this your policy?

I'd like to request the full Coffeehouse Code of Conduct in writing to scrutinize the way I was handled based on actual consumer rights. #CustomerRights #StarbucksPolicy #RespectBoundaries #10yroldTWINS

Trash starbucks.... ordered my iced coffee and I had a 3 dollars discount. Got to the window and before the tall old guy scanned my QR code I said hey I have a 3 dollars coupon and he said sorry I had to know that when you were ordering the drink.... and the same guy asked me to leave him a tip the time before.... rude rude rude. This is the last time I'm coming to this location

The reason this review is here is to say that they serve beverages. Awhile ago when I was young they and served me two hot chocolates this was years ago. Don't feed on the negative reviews. Listened to my music with no problem in the lobby.

Arrived at 8:30PM on 17MAY25, ordered a large coffee. I was told “we’re cleaning our machine and aren’t doing coffee anymore today.” It says “Starbucks Coffee” on the sign, no? I got home and called the store to ask what time they closed. I was told that they close at 9:30PM. One could easily deduce that these folks didn’t feel like making any coffee on this day. What do they care? They still get their hourly pay whether they turn customers away or not. I doubt that I’ll darken their doorway anytime soon.
EDIT: Thanks for the canned response which clearly indicates that you didn’t read the review. At no point did I state that your Starbucks wasn’t open. What I did state was that your employees are lazy.

Went to this starbucks and I had felt to review. I don't usually review for places like this, but this time I had to.. We walked in at around 6:30 and ordered our drinks, the cashier was really nice and professional. After we got our drinks, we've noticed that they were really really watered down... It tasted like pure ice. Not only that, one of the workers, a pale lady was complaining very loudly. I then asked this other young lady if she could remake my drink, as the other one was absolutely appaling. She made it completely different than the last order, and it tasted so much better. I always get this drink, and the new drink that was remade tasted exactly how I wanted it to. I think it's the worker that messed up my drinks. Not going to this location again. Please hire more workers that are patient.

This parking lot is a one way and when we pulled in a worker pulled from the exit and then wouldn’t reverse or move his car when we were trying to pull around. I got out to ask him to move and he then said “actually I work here and it’s a two way” when there’s literally arrows on the ground pointing that it’s not and that this isn’t a one way. Super rude guy. He had long hair with dreadlocks and a super poor attitude. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks. Parking lot is a mess as it is, we don’t need employees making it worse.

Portion sizes are usually pretty small and the parking lot is designed so poorly as well their drive through takes about twice as long as the Frankford location.

Go to pick up an order I'm asked the name for my order. I give the name. Employee says still working on it. Then another employee asks me the name on my pick up order a few minutes later I give it again. Then a few minutes later a third employee asks me same question. I say I've said it twice already. Then I'm asked about a minute later by a fourth employee for the name. Keep in mind there are only 4 employees in the coffee shop. Ridiculous. Only one person needs to ask the name and work on making sure I get my order. I don't need everyone in the coffee shop asking me the same question. Ridiculous!!!

As this is a drive through location on our way we have given it multiple chances to improve. Their coffee machine is broke most of the times and what horrible service!! The orders are almost never correct and never to ur liking. Starbucks shd seriously consider auditing this location and making amends.
