Servers do a great job when it gets packed on rush hours.

I rank a three out of five stars atmosphere because it gets a little noisy and and when it’s in full capacity, you get people standing around you waiting for a table. So they can make a greater job to handle waitlists.“

“The type of music matches the style of the restaurant. In my opinion, the volume was very loud, it was very loud. I have been there several times and outside for the same reason, but it was very cold on this occasion and we had the experience inside the place. We ate a dish called mixed, very tasty, the pork a little dry. I recommend the delicious passion fruit margarita. If you look up how much the budget is, in my case we were two people and with the tip we spent $120. We were served by a girl named Rossana who was very kind and attentive 💕“

“This place is terrible. The person who greeted us was friendly. Everything was total BS after that. Terrible service by the "waitress." Long wait just for the appetizers (greasy empanadas). Upcharge for water?? Someone else brought our entrées. The food was BAD. Dry, reheated, made with low quality cuts of beef meant for dog food, crap portions, tostones made with semi-rippened plantains (goes to show that they give zero f's), chewy, etc. Totally overpriced. Waitress never came by to do refills, or ask if everything was okay, or whether we needed anything else. I tried to make eye contact with anyone in there for 12 minutes to get our check. I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Then these people very non chalantly added an 18% service fee. I am so embarrassed to have brought my wife here. A few hours later she became SICK!!I wish I would have read the reviews after seeing all the ads. They SPAM this business incessantly on social media. They rely on luring in new unsuspecting as opposed to building clientele. Service: 1 out of 10 Food Taste: 2 out of 10 Food Quality: 1 out of 10 Value: 1 out of 10 Ambience: 4 out of 10“

“Our first time here it was amazing!
I like that the server knew exactly, what we could like, she tecommend some food om the menu that it wqs more tipical in Venezula the way she expressed herself about the food really got me think she knew what she was talking about and not just that but also for you to enjoy what you were going to eat.
We had the arepa and cachepa with pork, both were amazing ! 😋 The food was great“

“Everyone who eats gluten free has to try patacones. These sandwiches with plantains instead of bread are some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. We are Puerto Rican and this food is genuine and AMAZING.“
