“Best Latin Restaurant in the DFW areas hands down! If you’re new to the DFW area please don’t look anymore . This restaurant has it all ! Great food great service and great prices ! All their traditional plates are spectacular! Their fruit drinks are right on point ! The empanadas are one of the best I have had and the bakery is among the best in Texas . From the bread to the sweets ! Highly recommended ! Venezuelan cuisine but also with some Colombian plates ! Don’t run there sprint there now !“

“It's so difficult to find tasty and good Venezuelan food as Hola Café makes. Amazing Fish Empanadas. Highly recommended. It is very difficult to find real and good Venezuelan food like they prepare it at Hola Café. Incredible fish empanadas. Highly recommended.“

“I have been going to eat at this place for several months! It's the 3rd best burger I've ever had in the USA and the 1st in Texas, I've been living here for 5 years! But a $5.50 empanada should be a crime! The last burger I ate seemed like it was taken from the kids menu, I thought for a moment that I wanted a Machiken, very small, the chicken came cut into super small squares, the bread was tiny! I hope it was a mistake and not like all the Venezuelan establishments who, after making a good point and catching their customers, lower their prices.

“It was my first time trying Venezuelan food, and it was good. Nothing was spicy,but it had good flavor. It was awkward to have to ask for recommendations to learn more about the food. The waitress didn't seem to feel comfortable with giving me suggestions, so I ordered the first thing that sounded familiar. I'll have to find a friend who can tell me what's good to order or try a different place in the future. My son enjoyed the kids' steak plate. It had a good flavor and was a good portion size. My arepa was a bit thicker and harder than one I tried at a Peruvian place. Maybe the styles are just different. I probably wouldn't have another one there.“

“The type of music matches the style of the restaurant. In my opinion, the volume was very loud, it was very loud. “This place is terrible. The person who greeted us was friendly. Everything was total BS after that. Terrible service by the "waitress." Long wait just for the appetizers (greasy empanadas). Upcharge for water?? Someone else brought our entrées. The food was BAD. Dry, reheated, made with low quality cuts of beef meant for dog food, crap portions, tostones made with semi-rippened plantains (goes to show that they give zero f's), chewy, etc. Totally overpriced. Waitress never came by to do refills, or ask if everything was okay, or whether we needed anything else. I tried to make eye contact with anyone in there for 12 minutes to get our check. I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Then these people very non chalantly added an 18% service fee. I am so embarrassed to have brought my wife here. A few hours later she became SICK!!I wish I would have read the reviews after seeing all the ads. They SPAM this business incessantly on social media. They rely on luring in new unsuspecting as opposed to building clientele. Service: 1 out of 10 Food Taste: 2 out of 10 Food Quality: 1 out of 10 Value: 1 out of 10 Ambience: 4 out of 10“
