“Staff is always friendly and attentive.. prices are great along with the food. Great environment and music especially when live bands are here. Not to mention clean restrooms which is rare in the bar scene. Love the improvements they have made as well. Highly recommend this bar. Has a great atmosphere. Isaac the manager was even nice enough to introduce himself and ask about our experience.“

“Went there for the first time because I kept hearing good things about it and the food was absolutely AMAZING and was reasonably priced!! The food was ready almost instantly and it was fresh! I also bought a cheesecake and omg the flavor was so rich!! I would recommend this spot for ANYONE !“

“I stopped by with a friend a couple of weeks ago on a Friday and we had a good time. We got there early enough to play pool without having to wait, and it was pretty cheap (I think it was $5 per hour). They also had a live band playing in the back, and while I didn't really check that out, I know it's one of the things the Flying Walrus is known for. All in all, a fun time!“

“I like this place for weekday hangouts! The pizza is actually really good :) I’m looking forward to trying out more of their food and weekday specials. Went on the weekend once and not my vibe. Too loud to talk, not enough space to dance. But for the weekdays to talk, grab a drink, and eat it’s a great place ! The service is really good, everyone is super nice. Very clean.“
“Visiting RGV and came here for my cousin birthday hosted on fathers day. It's a small quaint dive bar, which I prefer anyday over a larger sports bar or nightclub anyday. Even though its a small place, they easily accomodated our large and expanding guest. Service was quick and drinks were cold.“

“The staff is always amazing! Jorge especially is always so attentive and accommodating. Facilities are always so clean and the gaming is phenomenal. Not to mention athletic game days/ fight nights on their screens. This place is perfect for both children and adults to enjoy literally Monday through Sunday (AKA EVERY SINGLE DAY). Would recommend 100%!!!!!“

“I have been to The Dive both solo and with a friend, and each time has been so much fun. Karaoke here is a must, but you definitely have to sign up early. The food is also really good, although you might have trouble finding a seat if you get there late. The live bands are really enjoyable and love interacting with the crowd. If I am not mistaken, the Dive has an outdoor seating section too, but I haven't really checked this out since it's been cold recently. All in all, a great place for a memorable night!“

“I have to say, this place has some of the BEST seafood we’ve had in the Valley! I ordered the shrimp tacos, and hands down they are the best I’ve ever tried—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. We also had the fried tilapia, and it completely stood out compared to other places. Most restaurants serve tilapia that tastes oily or like burnt oil, but here it was fried perfectly—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and absolutely delicious without any burnt taste.
I also ordered a tostada, and it was so good that I ate it before I even remembered to take a picture! That says everything about how tasty it was.
Overall, the food here is fresh, clean, and packed with flavor. If you’re in San Carlos or nearby, you HAVE to stop by Mariscos Los Dos Carnales—you won’t regret it!“

“I came here on a Thursday after a run with my running group. Great atmosphere for family and friends. But after 9 pm, it's 21 and over. Great idea for the hard-working people who need a place to relax.. The music was mostly 80s vibe, which was nice. They have lawn and beer drinking games for ur enjoyment. I'm beer, man, and the draft is cold and good. They also have 2 food trucks in the back . They are a hibachi and a taco truck . We ordered both, and they were very well made and delicious. They have a house draft at 2.00 a pint and craft pints at 4.00 . I highly recommend it for an outdoor relaxing environment. Happy Health to all...“
