The people they put on the drive thru really need to learn customer service and manners,so unfriendly and they dont even listen to the order and keep repeatedly asking what you ordered.Drove up to wondow not even a friendly hello or smile at least!Then they still manage to screw up your order after they asked you 2-3 times what you ordered.Its definately frowned upon each time I go which I try not to go often.
Well we ordered the $15 meal deal leg and thigh and was given 9 leg and 3 thigh. I would've thought at least 6 leg and 6 thigh. Wasn't even asked if we wanted spicy or mixed she just assumed. Horrible service. Good thing we don't live in Alice, TX.
They never! Never!never!! Have spicy chicken! I went through the drive thru and before I ordered i told my wife i bet there not going to have spicy, and sure enough NO !! ...so we went to Popeyes chicken they always have spicy....
