Pizza is always hot and ready, its pizza. If you want gourmet, fancy pizza go pay an arm and a leg at Domino's or Pizza Hut for a medium pizza. I swear, some customers complain for the most unnecessary things. It's pizza, cheap, and good. If they get your order wrong, let them know, you don't be rude and nasty. You're in and out, simple.
Generally great experiences. I occasionally receive an unsliced pizza. Interestingly, I know when my pizza is not sliced correctly when I receive the pizza with my order sticker slapped on the box. When it is carefully placed in the designated area, I know my pizza was handled with care.
Made exactly how we ordered it. Great!
