Sitting in the drive thru, trapped, 4 cars deep, with 4 cars behind. Same dude first in line waiting for his donuts since we got here 22 minutes ago. I called inside the store. Apparently there’s nothing they can do. Not like every other drive thru where if the order takes awhile they ask that person to pull forward so they can serve everyone else. Not at Kristi Kreme. Everyone is getting out of their cars to go ask what’s going on. They’re accosting the guy. No employees...read full review

Krispy Kreme is a popular donut shop known for its delicious and fresh donuts. The shop can get quite busy, with people lining up at the door and the drive-through, but the employees are professional, fast, and provide friendly service. Customers have particularly enjoyed the HOT donuts and other flavors. These folks are always greeted with a welcome and are helpful. Great place - great food!
