Service: well, they always ask for your change to round up for "students". But they get the tax break. I'd rather donate on my own to get the credit.
Atmosphere: well, it's pretty close to downtown Plano, so not the best at all (alot of bums walking around and pan handling. Alot of smoke shops, which attracts all kinds of people, but mainly people you don't want near you... unless you like under achieving,...

I don't understand most of the reviews here. Portion sizes are corporate decisions and cannot be controlled by the workers at a store! My order was never wrong at this store, and if it was, all I needed was a flash of the reciept and which missing item. Been going here many years and dined in, drove thru, as well as doordash/uber eats. Food is always hot and very clean inside with helpful staff everytime. Best taco bell I've ever gone too. I do a however, think they should bring back the breakfast even if it is served for less hours in the day. Their breakfast is very good, but I assume there margins were very low on the cravings box and that wasn't sustainable, still good while it lasted.
