App said my drink would be ready at 3:13 after I checked in. At 3:24 I called over a server & she looked at my phone & said oh. Then another employee came out to ask my name. Finally the 1st server brought my drink at 3:30. They weren't busy, they had already brought out two other app orders. We go to this Sonic at least 6 times a week.
