Good atmosphere for dining with friends or family.
I was here a week ago, and I lost my purse. The manager, Jason, went above and beyond to help me. He helped us look through the restaurant and when we couldn’t find it, he took down our contact info. He stayed past closing just to go through the cameras and track where I was to help me, and eventually found the purse. He called me immediately and waited for me outside to hand me the purse. 10/10 experience, will always come back to this location because of his kindness.
This is my second time visiting The Cheesecake Factory, and while I really want to love it, the food itself has never completely impressed me. I would give the main dishes around four stars because they are good, but not necessarily memorable enough to make me crave coming back specifically for them.
